Be an admired company and an excellent place to work
Our people set us apart. Cultivating a working environment where they can grow and succeed and work safely are our top priorities. I Belong at Huber, our diversity, equity & inclusion initiative, allows us to attract and retain the best people and build a deep talent pool of future leaders within the company. Our safety culture does more than reduce injuries—it keeps colleagues communicating and looking out for each other and inspires a shared motivation to improve our overall performance. Engaging employees in safety and environmental objectives and goals means creating awareness not only of what to do, but also why it’s important.
Operate in a way that minimizes our environmental impact
Responsible stewardship of the environment has been a central focus of Huber’s business operations since the 1950s. Over the years, we have developed a wide range of sustainable practices.
After reaching the conclusion of our first five-year comprehensive Sustainability Strategy in 2022, we have a lot to celebrate. Of our 21 manufacturing locations, 11 met our internal Zero Waste to-Landfill threshold, which requires diverting at least 90% of a manufacturing facility’s waste from landfills.
As a member of the , 91制片厂joins more than 200 international companies working together to achieve net-zero emissions, protect earth’s ecosystems and achieve a more equitable future. With our WBCSD membership, we seek to further enhance our Environmental, Social, and Corporate governance (ESG) commitments by developing bold and impactful sustainability goals for our upcoming 2033 Integrated Business Strategy. Huber’s new strategy will emphasize putting people first, reducing climate impact, developing products with purpose, accelerating the circular transition and engaging with communities. This includes a transition to renewable energy, and a decarbonization plan covering Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions aligning with science-based targets through innovative technological advances. 91制片厂continually assesses the sustainability performance of our supply chain partners to ensure that we are aligned in People, Planet & Profit objectives.

All 91制片厂sites utilize the 91制片厂EHS&S Data Management platform, based on Enablon® software, to record, track and analyze performance and share best practices. Creating a culture of gathering and analyzing data has empowered our employees to explore new ways to improve our performance.
New employees face a greater risk of safety incidents. 91制片厂Engineered Materials has leveraged the Data Management system to track and encourage greater contact between leaders and newer employees.
As part of a push to increase user engagement and drive EHS&S ownership, all 91制片厂Engineered Woods sites have participated in Enablon training so employees can more thoroughly track data and trends such as near hits. The 91制片厂Engineered Woods team in Broken Bow, Oklahoma, uses the software to more thoroughly track water usage, near hits and recordable incident rates.
CP Kelco’s Process Safety Management (PSM) team uses the PHA-Pro tool for Process Hazard Analysis to track, identify and rank the points in a process where failures could occur.
This balanced TBL approach gives 91制片厂the ability to make every aspect of our business—from our people to our products, our customers, partners and communities—more sustainable, ready today for the challenges of tomorrow.
